Are your shoes made to order?

Yes. Every pair is made by hand after you order, in 10 to 15 business days, then shipped worldwide.

Which sizes do you make?

Every model we make is available in every size from 34 to 48, in narrow, standard or wide fit. If your feet are two different sizes, we cut each shoe to its own size.

How do I get the right fit?

After you order we ask for your foot length in centimetres, and your ball width if you know it. We check your measurements before anything is cut. Heel height and fit preferences change the shape of the last, so sending your measurements is the best way to get a perfect fit. If you have a special case, you can send your foot drawing with measurements by email to info@jazznfashion.com.

Which sole should I choose?

Leather glides and turns with you, rubber grips when the floor is slippery, and neolite sits between the two. There is also a half and half sole, leather at the back and rubber at the front, and a Super Comfort Eva base built for long nights.

Which heel heights are available?

From 2 cm to 6.5 cm, straight or curvy. A lower heel is steadier for a first pair, and a moderate heel suits balboa and fast footwork.

Can I choose the colour and the leather?

Yes. Pick the colours you want, in real leather or vegan leather. Standard, suede, textured and shiny options are real calf-skin leathers; there are vegan versions of the standard and suede leathers. If you have a specific shade in mind, write to us before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Do you ship worldwide, and is shipping free?

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free to the USA, Europe and the UK, and prices are in EUR. Customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes and local handling fees may apply depending on your country; these are determined by your country's customs authorities and are paid by the recipient.

Can I return or exchange my shoes?

All our shoes are handmade and custom-made to order, so returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item differs from what was agreed: a different size, heel height or heel type, colour or material, or a fault due to production. In these cases you are entitled to a repair, exchange or replacement at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos if necessary. Returns sent without prior approval are not accepted.

How do I pay?

Payments are made by credit card through Iyzico. After the payment is verified, we send you a confirmation email within one working day.
