Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, delivery time changes from country to country. Please note that customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, and local handling fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are determined solely by your country’s customs authorities and are not predictable or controllable by us in advance.

The recipient is fully responsible for:
   •    Complying with local customs procedures
   •    Providing any requested documents on time
   •    Paying applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees

Failure to complete customs procedures or delays caused by customs authorities may result in delivery delays or the shipment being returned, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Please make sure all required customs steps are completed promptly to ensure timely delivery of your shoes.

Return & Exchange Policy

All our shoes are handmade and custom-made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item differs from what was originally agreed upon.

- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
   •    The shoe size is different from the confirmed size
   •    The heel height or heel type is different from what was ordered
   •    The color is different from the agreed selection
   •    The material (leather / vegan / base or heel material) is different from what was confirmed
   •    The item arrives damaged or faulty due to production

In these cases, you are entitled to a repair, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost.

- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
   •    Fit preferences (narrow / standard / wide) if correctly produced as requested
   •    Personal preference changes
   •    Size changes after production has started
   •    Normal wear or use

How to Request an Exchange (If Applicable)
   1.    Contact us by submitting a ticket on our website within 7 days of delivery, clearly explaining the issue and including photos if necessary.
   2.    Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
   3.    Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Additional Notes
   •    As each pair is custom-made, return shipping costs are covered only in cases of confirmed production error.
   •    Please do not send items to the address on the package, as it is not our return address and may delay processing.
